Why company pages struggle on their own
A company page matters: it's where candidates, buyers and investors go to check you're real. But on its own it rarely travels far in the feed, because people engage with people far more than with brands. The pages that grow have a leadership team behind them, sharing and adding their own view.
What we run
- Company page content: launches, hiring, culture, customer stories and point of view posts
- Page cleanup: About, tagline, visuals briefed, and Showcase pages where they make sense
- Leadership team profiles and posts, each with its own positioning
- Employee posts made easy to share, so your team can join in without writing from scratch
- One editorial plan across the page and every leader's account
Leadership teams, not just the founder
When a CEO, a CFO and a CTO each post about what they actually know, the company starts to look like a team worth working with, not a logo with a careers page. We've run LinkedIn for founding teams and leadership teams, and each person gets their own voice, so nobody ends up sounding like the comms department.
Employee advocacy, minus the cringe
Most employee advocacy programmes fail because they ask people to reshare corporate posts word for word. We do it differently: short, optional prompts and drafts people can make their own, so what goes out sounds like a person and not a press release. Not sure where your effort should go first? Read company page or personal profile: where should founders post?
Mostly the personal profile. People engage with people, so a founder's posts usually reach far more than the company page does. Use the page for official news, hiring and proof, and let the founder and leadership team carry the point of view.
Two to four times a week suits most companies, as long as each post is worth reading. A page with three great posts a week beats a busy one nobody engages with.
Your employees sharing and talking about the company on their own profiles. Done well, it reaches far more people than the company page can alone, because each employee brings their own network.
Yes, though it works far better alongside the founder and leadership team. If you only want the page, we'll still plan it around the people in the company.
